Vacating PACM Webmaster

.
It is indeed satisfying to see the online visitors counter surge from a mere 60,000 to 330,000 within a short time frame of 2.5 years. And I know that I am part of the team that makes it happen. If you log on to Pacesetters Athletic Club Malaysia (PACM) website, you would know what I mean.

Nevertheless, it is time to pass the baton to another webmaster to maintain the Pacesetters Club website.

Time passes fast; I took over the role of a webmaster for Pacesetters Club from Jamie (click here) since June 2006. This is a voluntary work where I spend my free time and effort (and money too to upgrade the PC and software) dutifully to maintain and update the contents.

It is satisfying to see that with the latest happenings publish in the website, more new members are eager to be part of the happenings – wanting to join the Club.

There are also other rewarding moments when event organizers, wanting to promote their events, eagerly seek Pacesetters Club help to publicize their events. And it is within the capability of a webmaster to get it done. It is indeed satisfying to receive their thank you notes later.

In sports, we constantly challenge the impossible – raising the limits and standards. May the new PACM Webmaster take the standard of the online website to greater height.
